Naomi

Naomi is a central figure in the Book of Ruth, a widow from Bethlehem who loses her husband and two sons while living in Moab. She returns to Bethlehem with her loyal daughter-in-law, Ruth, after the famine ends. Naomi, though initially bitter about her losses, helps guide Ruth in finding a new future with Boaz, eventually experiencing joy through Ruth’s marriage and the birth of her grandson, Obed, an ancestor of King David.
