Auditions

Discovery Mountain is a production of The Voice of Prophecy, a non-profit Christian ministry. Our mission is to connect young people from every background with their Best Friend—Jesus Christ.

Periodically we hold open auditions for Discovery Mountain. We invite committed Christians of any age from across the world to audition. Please keep the following terms and conditions in mind when considering whether or not you or your child would like to audition for the program.

Audition Policy

1. Auditioning does not guarantee a part in the program.
2. Parts are cast at the discretion of the program’s executive producers and director. Schedules and availability will be taken into consideration when casting individuals for parts.
3. Parts are subject to change at the discretion of the executive producers and director. Parts are cast based on scripts, and occasionally during production scripts are edited and a part(s) is eliminated. If this happens every effort will be made to give the individual cast for that part the opportunity to play a different part in an upcoming production.
4. Recorded parts may not appear in the final version of the program. Post-production decisions are made at the discretion of the executive producers and the director and occasionally a part may be cut during the post-production process for a variety of reasons (episode length, script consistency, technical issues, etc.) If this happens every effort will be made to give the individual cast for that part the opportunity to play a different part in an upcoming production.
5. The primary production location is Loveland, Colorado in the Voice of Prophecy studio at 255 E. 6th St. Loveland, Colorado. The secondary production location is Oshawa, Ontario, Canada or virtually.
6. Voice actors will arrange and provide their own transportation to and from all scheduled recording sessions if in person and not virtually.
7. Voice actors are all volunteers.
